About Jon Sellers

Jon Sellers is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in client service. Starting as a senior valuation analyst at Invesco Funds, he later transitioned to commercial real estate, leading successful developments totaling over $450 million in sales and brokerage. Currently serving as principal and co-founder of RevKo Commercial Real Estate, Jon specializes in large-scale projects, leveraging his expertise in financial analysis to assist clients with their commercial real estate decisions. He holds a CPA designation and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with double majors in Accounting and Real Estate Finance from Texas State University.

Boomer began his career at CBRE, where he spent six years cultivating expertise across all facets of industrial transactions. With early success, he was named the 2022 NAIOP Rising Star of Houston Industrial Real Estate. Boomer works with both local and national clients and prides himself on his expertise in representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Boomer is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance.

Since transitioning into real estate in 2022, he has been involved in the development of nearly 3 million square feet of industrial, office/warehouse, and land projects across the Greater Houston area. As Developer II at Revko Commercial Real Estate, he manages client coordination, design, permitting, and inspections. Known for his creative problem-solving and flexibility across multiple developments, Zeke holds a Texas Real Estate License and brings a hands-on approach to every project.
